Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Winter Session
No refunds or credits; with the exception of a medical-related issue. A partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Pro-rated discounts will only be considered for absences longer than 3 continuous weeks for medical or a family emergency. Send an email prior to the absence to TopPerformanceBasketball@gmail.com providing details along with a doctor's note. Details should include dates that will be missed, reason for absence, planned return date. Doctor's note should include the same information and should on official letterhead from the doctor's office.
Pay as You Go - Workout
No refunds, credit only. If player will miss the workout, send an email 3 hours before start of workout to let us know. You can potentially use the credit to future Workout within 3 months.
Online Strength Program
1. Overview: We are committed to providing our members with high-quality service. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds for our auto-renewing monthly membership. 2. Auto-Renewal Process: Your membership will automatically renew on the same date each month, and your payment method will be charged accordingly, unless you cancel before the renewal date. 3. Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges. Cancellations can be made through your account settings or by sending us an email at TopPerformanceBasketball@gmail.com. 4. Monthly Payments: All monthly payments are non-refundable after they are processed. 5. Trial Periods: If you enrolled in a trial period, you may receive a full refund if you cancel before the trial ends. 6.
