Rising Stars is TPB’s beginner-friendly basketball league for boys and girls in grades 2–4 in Livermore.
Learn, then play
Coaches introduce dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, teamwork and basic game concepts. Organized games give players a chance to apply what they learn. The focus is learning the game, building confidence and having fun with teammates.
A first league for young players
The current league format combines a skills-training portion with organized games and includes a reversible league jersey. Families can use the live league page to review the exact format and what is included for their selected session.

The current listing names Robert Livermore Community Center. Confirm the location, dates and time on the league page before attending. For athletes outside grades 2–4, contact TPB about another development option rather than assuming league eligibility.
