San Ramon youth basketball

TPB serves San Ramon families through practice sites and local tournament games. The right starting point depends on your athlete’s grade, experience and readiness for a team commitment. We confirm the assigned gym for the selected program; a San Ramon home address does not guarantee every practice or game will be in San Ramon.

Planning around practices and tournaments

A team session combines ongoing practice with opportunities to use those skills in competition. Before enrolling, ask which practice group fits your athlete and review both the regular practice location and tournament travel. Local tournament games and team practices may take place at different Tri-Valley sites.

If your child wants to experience TPB before discussing a team, start with the pay-as-you-go workout information. Select the correct grade group and confirm the posted date and location. Tournament games are a separate, invite-only option; a workout payment does not include a tournament place.

Questions from parents

Are all San Ramon games and practices at one gym?

No single gym is promised for every program. TPB uses practice sites and local tournament locations, with assignments depending on the team and session. Check the live calendar and your team information.

Can my child join tournament games as a drop-in?

Tournament games are invite only. Ask your coach about an invitation and follow the separate game payment instructions. For an introductory workout, use the pay-as-you-go workout option.
