Onboarding with Crossbar

Step 1: Create an Account

  1. Click Registration in the Top Right Corner
  2. Sign Up: Click on the "Sign Up" button.
  3. Fill Out the Form: Enter your details (name, email, password) and any other required information.
  4. Verify Your Email: Check your inbox for a verification email and follow the link to confirm your account.

Step 2: Download the App

  1. Mobile App Store: Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Search for Crossbar: Type “Crossbar” in the search bar.
  3. Download and Install: Tap on the app and install it on your device.

Step 3: Log In to the App

  1. Open the App: Launch the Crossbar app on your device.
  2. Log In: Enter the email and password you used to create your account.
  3. Accept Terms and Conditions: Review and accept the terms and conditions to proceed.

Step 4: Set Up Your Profile

  1. Navigate to Profile Settings: Go to the settings or profile section in the app.
  2. Complete Your Profile: Add any additional information, such as profile picture, contact details, and preferences.
  3. Save Changes: Ensure you save any updates to your profile.


Adding Teams to Your Profile on Crossbar

Step 1: Access Your Profile

  1. Open the App: Launch the Crossbar app on your device.
  2. Log In: If you’re not already logged in, enter your credentials.
  3. Go to Profile Settings: Tap on your profile icon or navigate to the settings menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Team Section

  1. Find the Teams Tab: Look for a section labeled "Teams" or "My Teams" within your profile settings.
  2. Select the Option to Add Teams: Tap on “Add Teams” or a similar option.

Step 3: Search for Teams

  1. Use the Search Bar: Type the name of the team you want to add in the search bar.
  2. Browse Available Teams: If applicable, you can also browse through a list of teams available on the platform.

Step 4: Join the Team

  1. Select the Team: Tap on the desired team from the search results.
  2. Request to Join: If the team is private, you may need to send a request. For public teams, you can simply click "Join."
  3. Confirm Membership: Follow any prompts to confirm your membership.

Step 5: Save Changes

  1. Review Your Teams: Once you’ve added your teams, review the list to ensure everything is correct.
  2. Save Your Profile: Tap on the "Save" or "Update Profile" button to apply the changes.

Step 6: Engage with Your Teams

  1. Access Team Features: Go back to the main dashboard to start interacting with your teams.
  2. Participate in Discussions: Join conversations, share files, or collaborate on tasks as needed.
Confirm Delete
Click the delete icon again to confirm. Click escape to cancel.
