Onboarding with Crossbar
Step 1: Create an Account
- Click Registration in the Top Right Corner
- Sign Up: Click on the "Sign Up" button.
- Fill Out the Form: Enter your details (name, email, password) and any other required information.
- Verify Your Email: Check your inbox for a verification email and follow the link to confirm your account.
Step 2: Download the App
- Mobile App Store: Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Search for Crossbar: Type “Crossbar” in the search bar.
- Download and Install: Tap on the app and install it on your device.
Step 3: Log In to the App
- Open the App: Launch the Crossbar app on your device.
- Log In: Enter the email and password you used to create your account.
- Accept Terms and Conditions: Review and accept the terms and conditions to proceed.
Step 4: Set Up Your Profile
- Navigate to Profile Settings: Go to the settings or profile section in the app.
- Complete Your Profile: Add any additional information, such as profile picture, contact details, and preferences.
- Save Changes: Ensure you save any updates to your profile.
Adding Teams to Your Profile on Crossbar
Step 1: Access Your Profile
- Open the App: Launch the Crossbar app on your device.
- Log In: If you’re not already logged in, enter your credentials.
- Go to Profile Settings: Tap on your profile icon or navigate to the settings menu.
Step 2: Navigate to Team Section
- Find the Teams Tab: Look for a section labeled "Teams" or "My Teams" within your profile settings.
- Select the Option to Add Teams: Tap on “Add Teams” or a similar option.
Step 3: Search for Teams
- Use the Search Bar: Type the name of the team you want to add in the search bar.
- Browse Available Teams: If applicable, you can also browse through a list of teams available on the platform.
Step 4: Join the Team
- Select the Team: Tap on the desired team from the search results.
- Request to Join: If the team is private, you may need to send a request. For public teams, you can simply click "Join."
- Confirm Membership: Follow any prompts to confirm your membership.
Step 5: Save Changes
- Review Your Teams: Once you’ve added your teams, review the list to ensure everything is correct.
- Save Your Profile: Tap on the "Save" or "Update Profile" button to apply the changes.
Step 6: Engage with Your Teams
- Access Team Features: Go back to the main dashboard to start interacting with your teams.
- Participate in Discussions: Join conversations, share files, or collaborate on tasks as needed.
